Below is a list of items I find useful. Perhaps you will too.
Free Budget Spreadsheet
Free Budget Spreadsheet – This is the spreadsheet I created to help establish a monthly budget. Download a copy and use it as a you see fit. See the Instructions sheet for details on how to use it.
Due – Due is a reminder app with a twist. The twist is that it keeps reminding you until you take action on the notification. Extremely useful for things like bill reminders, taking out the trash, and much more. I use this app every day.
Money – The application I use on my Mac to keep track of our spending and balance our accounts. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best I’ve found.
Overcast – My podcast player of choice. The Smart Speed feature cuts listening time without distortion. There is hardly a day that goes by when I don’t use Overcast.
Paprika – A recipe database and grocery list app. This app makes grocery shopping and cooking easier. Highly recommended.
Personal Capital – Track your various financial accounts in a single app.
Robinhood – Free stock trades. I use Robinhood to buy stocks in my fun money account.
Seeking Alpha – I use Seeking Alpha to read news and insights on the stocks I own. The app makes scanning the headlines of the stocks in your portfolio easy.
Ally – I have used Ally since 2015 for their wonderful savings account.
